Our guest house is situated on Crystal Road between Lytham Road and the Promenade in the main holiday area between Central and South Piers and within easy reach of all the main attractions :-

Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterworld, Blackpool Tower, Blackpool FC, the Beach, Working Men's clubs, the main car park and local pubs/bars including Wetherspoons (the Auctioneer) in Lytham Road who provide meals from £2.99.

Buses to town, Cleveleys, Fleetwood and Lytham St Annes - the bus stops are around the corner in Lytham Road and tram stops at the promenade end of our road.

There is one 6 inch step at the entrance to our Guest House.

Although we are delighted to welcome all guests we are only able to accommodate walking disabled, partially sighted and hearing impaired guests.

First floor rooms (13 steps on first flight of stairs) are suggested for guests with limited mobility and help with luggage is available. The first floor rooms have red flashing lights on the ceiling for hearing impaired guests should the fire alarm sound.

We can arrange hire of wheelchairs and mobility scooters on request. We also have a portable ramp for scooters.

Wheelchairs, mobility scooters and pushchairs can be stored safely on the ground floor.

Coeliac, vegetarian and other special diets can be catered for upon request.
The Tudor is a non-smoking guest house.
