Terms And ConditionsAll accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the deposit and at the quoted tariffs.
Breakfast is between 9 and 9.30 am and no allowances can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
The Tudor cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property unless it has been handed into us for safe keeping.
The balance of your stay must be paid in full on arrival.
By booking this holiday you have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions as detailed on this page.
In the event of any cancellation or curtailment and should the accommodation not be re-let, the person who made the initial reservation with the Tudor and/or whose name appears on the booking form will be liable to pay for the total cost of the reservation.
If you should need to cancel your reservation, please advise us as soon as possible. If you cancel 7 days or less before your due arrival date we reserve the right to charge you the full outstanding balance.
The cost of the first night’s stay is taken as a deposit and these deposits are non refundable or transferable under any circumstances but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
Family room prices are for children under 12yrs of age. Persons older than 12yrs, will be charged at the full adult price.
If the deposit has been paid using a credit/debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the Tudor. The cardholder will be notified of any such transaction.
The Tudor reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the guest house or to the well being or comfort of other guests.
Surcharges may be applicable for one night stays, single / under occupancy.
